Thank you for your support of the 2018 Mid Atlantic Construction Safety Conference (MACSC 2018).  Below is information that will assist you in getting the most out of this year’s event. 2) Shipping Details

There is limited storage space at Martin’s Crosswinds.  Anything shipped to the facility can arrive no sooner than Monday, April 23, and must be labeled with the following delivery information:

You must include the highlighted line with MACSC and the contract numbers (C/O MACSC - Contract #'s 35296 and 35297) on all shipped materials.  

 

3) Unloading

All loading and unloading of materials at Martin’s Crosswinds must be done via the loading dock in the rear of the building.

 

4) Exhibitor Attendees and Badge Pick-Up

Each booth comes with complimentary registration for two exhibitor attendees.  Badges can be picked up the morning of April 24.  It is important that the contact information for exhibitor attendees is provided by April 13 to avoid check-in delays. 

 

5) Exhibition Floor Details

Booth space will be piped and draped.  Two long tables are two chairs are provided for each booth.  The floor is tile.

 

6) Exhibitor Directory

As a new feature for MACSC 2018, an Exhibitor Directory will be provided to all participants at check-in.  It is important that your information is received by the due date of April 2 for inclusion in the directory.

 

 

7) Exhibitor Bingo

Exhibitor Bingo is a way to encourage interaction between Attendees and Exhibitors.  All attendees will be provided with a bingo card and are encouraged to visit all Exhibitors to obtain a mark. Markers will be provided.  This is an excellent opportunity to engage attendees for more than a checkmark on their cards.  All cards need to be turned in by 12:30 PM and raffle prizes will be drawn in the Exhibitor area at 1:30 PM. 

 

8) Raffle Prizes

A raffle prize information card will be provided on the morning of the event with your information packet and we request you turn it into the registration table by 12:30 PM if you will be providing any prizes for the raffle.   All prizes will be announced and raffled off during the final exhibitor interface at 1:30 PM. The winners will be chosen from the Exhibitor bingo cards they turned in. If you would like to select your own winner from your own drawing, you will have the opportunity to do so. The winners will be directed to your booth to claim their prize.

 

9) Attendee Contact Information

An attendee list will be provided to Exhibitors following the event; however, you are still encouraged to interact with attendees and gather their contact information during the event.

 

10) Wi-Fi & Electricity

11) Exhibitor Evaluation

An Exhibitor evaluation form will be provided on the day of the event and we would appreciate if you would turn it into us at the end of the event. We appreciate all of your feedback and we will use it to make the event better every year.

 

12) Exhibitor Breakdown

Exhibitor break down will begin at 2:00 PM.
