Event Registration

You can pay by check, PayPal, or credit card.  To pay by check, click the box "I will send payment by check".  To pay by credit card, you will be taken to a PayPal screen at the end of the process.  At this screen you can pay by PayPal or scroll down to pay by credit card.  If you close the PayPal window,  your registration will not be completed.

Payment and Company Logo (in picture ready format) must be received by 4/1/22 to be inlcuded in the program and on participant give-aways!  Company logo should be emailed to info@macsc.net .

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing to: MACSC, P.O. Box 3186, Frederick, MD 21705 or email info@macsc.net, by midnight 45 days prior to the event. These cancelations will be subject to a $150 assessment. There will be no refunds within 44 days of the event. Sorry we cannot accept cancellations over the phone.

Payment, slide deck, company profile, and company logo, in picture ready format (jpg or eps), must be received by April 1, 2022, to ensure inclusion in conference materials.

First and last name will be shared with other visitors to the site.
